Returns & Cancellations

1. After an order is completed, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience (including wrong size or change of mind).
2. Only for defective items or shipping errors: contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping and exchange shipping in those cases are covered by us.
