Shipping & gifts (FAQ)

■ Domestic shipping (Japan)
• Free shipping within Japan on GÖKOTTA orders over ¥20,000 (tax included).
• Below that amount, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.
• Please use a delivery address in Japan (including hotels).

■ International shipping
• Availability depends on destination and is shown at checkout.
• International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees—if charged—are generally the customer’s responsibility (rules vary by country/region).
• We are expanding destinations step by step. If a destination is not available, you will not be able to select it at checkout.

■ Gifts & wrapping
• For eligible products, you can add gift wrapping in the cart.
• For special requests (e.g. gift messages), please leave a note at checkout or contact us via the form.

■ Returns & exchanges
• Contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery.
• For defective items or shipping errors on our side, we cover return shipping.
• For returns for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items that cannot be resold (used, tags removed, etc.) cannot be accepted.
